Pinder Barracks was occupied by US Forces from 1945 to 1995. Pinder has been torn down (minus the tower and guard house) and new construction is underway for the new Pinder Park.
Howzit?! I was at Pinder Barracks from 88-91. I went to Desert Storm with 2/1 FA- SVC Bty and left soon after before the shutdown in July 1991. I was roommates with Greg Britt, Bruce Foxx, Dima, and lastly _Carruth, transfer from 6/1 before deployment to Desert Storm.
Hi Bill – I was in HHB January 1967 and was discharged in January 1968. Initially in the meteorology group, then transferred to S2. We just missed each other. Spent many evenings at Bub’s drinking Das Gut Zirdorfer.

The artillery unit i was in was deployed to Desert Storm .Sgt James
