  1. I was reading this morning that there are almost 35,000 US soldiers stationed in Germany — mostly in the west and south of the country. Nowhere else in Europe are there so many American troops.

That is no way near the number when I was stationed there during the seventies.

  2. It’s a rainy morning in Indianapolis today. Rained almost all night. Hoping to put some really good stuff on here today.

    Catch you later.

  3. The Army now has its first four lightweight Infantry Squad Vehicles that are specially designed to carry infantry foot soldiers into battle.
The delivery of the first four ISVs, made by GM Defense, and its partner Ricardo Defense, is part of a 650-vehicle deal worth up to $214.3 million intended to equip infantry brigade combat teams with vehicles built with commercial components designed for desert racing.

  4. NÜRNBERG CHRISTMAS MARKET

Dear fans and friends of the Christmas market,
Unfortunately, the Nuremberg Christmas market will not be able to take place this year. The city of Nuremberg has decided with a heavy heart to cancel the market due to the rapidly increasing number of infections and despite a strict hygiene concept.
The Christmas season in Nuremberg without a Christmas market is hard to imagine and we will all miss the market a lot. But the health of all of us is the most important thing now!
Stay healthy and we are looking forward to the Christmas market 2021 with you!

  7. Not much going on today, but I haven’t had much time to look around. Probably will find plenty later today.
